Description
This program is intended for adult students. High school students may be able to apply, as well.
This course is an introduction to air conditioning and refrigeration theory, application, systems, components, troubleshooting, and system charging. Hands-on training in our Heating, Ventilation, Air Conditioning and Refrigeration (HVACR) lab will test students in a variety of scenarios that they will encounter in the field.
Completing this class will prepare students for the EPA 608 Certification.

For example, VSAC Advancement Grant, VDOL Adult CTE Scholarship, Curtis Fund Credential of Value Scholarship, and other forms of state assistance.
